General Conditions

» Terms of delivery: EXW Hillerstorp

» Payment conditions: 30 days net from date of invoice.

» If ordering less than a full packing unit of standard products*: an additional handling charge of SEK 100 will be added.

» Orders: Stocked item orders received before 14.00 will be dispatched the same day from Hillerstorp, Sweden

» Invoices are sent in PDF-format by e-mail as standard. If you would like paper invoices by post please contact us.

» Return of standard products*: If products are returned due to a order mistake, products will be refunded to 80% of product value.

» Product function: Industrial coating is a complex process which exist in a great variety of different setups and coating techniques. Therefore we are not liable for the function of the product in your application or for any specific result or requirement being met in your process.

» Tolerances: unless otherwise stated, ISO 2768-c / ISO 13920-C

» Welding fixtures: fixtures used for special projects will be stored for 2 years after the last delivery, unless otherwise agreed.

» Steel surcharge: For products with steel content, we have applied a weight based steel surcharge since 2004.

» Package: To ensure storing and transportation of our products we always use materials with high quality. Mainly EUR-pallets and pallet collars. These materials are excluded from the product price and will be charged separately.

» Sea freight: All non standard molded silicone products prices are quoted for boat shipment, which normally are 6-10 weeks on the sea. Note in many cases there is an available stock for non standard products.

» Air freight: will be surcharged for non standard molded silicone products. Transport time is normally 3-5 days by air from China to HangOn AB, Sweden.

» Other: Further to the terms and conditions stated above, deliveries from HangOn are subject to the General Conditions ORGALIME S 2012
